Objective of the job:
The Client Manager will be working hand in hand with Sr. Manager, the organization and the clients. Should get involve in all the activities that Manager is involved in and also to guide and manage the team assigned under.
Understand the brief and the expected outcomes from the clients.
Provides input on production improvements.
Servicing the existing clients.
Achievements of Monthly, Quarterly and annual targets.
Generate revenue from the existing clients.
Maintaining MIS report per project & Client wise.
Keep a close track on work in process.
To be prepared to take on the responsibilities of Operations if need be.
Ensure all promotions and events follow the appropriate client approval protocols.
Adhering to the code of conduct set by the Head Client Servicing.
Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Company.
Preparing Cost sheet both ACE & ICE
Good communication skills.

3 -4 years of experience in the same industry.
Post-Graduation degree in Marketing.
